Our regular outcome evaluation system aims to ensure cooperation among members and fairness of evaluation.
We link goals at different levels, between the company, HQ, team leader, and team members. In a dramatically evolving environment, we frequently register new businesses and modify them. In addition, we record the results to prepare clear evaluation criteria while ensuring that the result including peer reviews is reflected in the final evaluation at the end of year, promoting cooperation among the members.
